Before purchasing bulk ingredients, certain documentation is required as part of our qualification process. Once your company's eligibility is confirmed, we'll provide:
- A Trademark Agreement outlining the proper use of the LIVING SILICA® name on your product label.
- A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to protect shared technical and commercial information.
- A Product Label submission for approval, ensuring trademark compliance.
After these documents are reviewed and signed, you'll be cleared to place your first bulk order.
