How to start an ingredient partnership with Silicium Laboratories
What to send our Ingredients team after submitting the contact form, and how we move from your first reply to signed agreements and access to confidential documentation.
After you submit the Ingredients form on siliciumlaboratories.com, our team will reach out to start the conversation. To prepare the right documentation for you, please reply with the following information:
- Company website, so we can learn about your business.
- Anticipated annual volume, an estimate of how much ingredient you expect to purchase per year.
- Intended application, a brief description of the product you plan to formulate (for example, dietary supplement, beverage, topical, or cosmetic).
- Brand ownership. Confirm whether you manufacture your own brand. If not, specify the brand or company the finished product is for.
- Target market, the country or region where the finished product will be sold.
- Product label (optional but helpful). If you already have a label or brand identity, share it with us.
Once we receive these details, our Ingredients team will review your inquiry. This typically takes a few business days. If everything is in order, we will send you our Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and the corresponding Trademark License Agreement (TLA) for signature.
After both documents are signed and returned, we will share technical dossiers and specifications, Certificates of Analysis (COAs), pricing and minimum order quantities, regulatory and labeling support, and the next steps to place your first order.
